Former Leicester knitwear factory to become 54 flats

• Leicester City Council has approved plans to convert the former knitwear factory Vinola House on Ross Walk in Belgrave into 54 flats and office space. • The scheme has 35 one-bed and 19 two-bed flats. • The developers said the building's layout is no longer suitable for modern manufacturing and that large areas are vacant.
