Man charged with murder after body found in wheelie bin

• A 36-year-old man has been charged with murder after a body was found in a wheelie bin in Plymouth. • Ali Barzai, 52, was found partially inside a wheelie bin in a service lane off Grand Parade at about 6.40am on Wednesday; Mohamed Abotaka is due at Plymouth Magistrates’ Court on Monday. • Police have urged people not to speculate about the case on social media and said a heightened police presence will remain in the area.
